1.Assembled cabinet shall meet the following requirements:
(1)Longitudinal straightness tolerance of 1/1000 length, full-length straightness tolerance of 3mm.
(2)lateral straightness tolerance for the width of 1/5000.
(3)gap on both sides of the enclosure wall and the screw should be equal between, its tolerance is 2mm, the bottom of the gap tolerance of ± 2mm.
(4)casing joints should be tight fitting, do not have clearance.
(5)should be sufficient contact between the housing and the rack.
(6)Two adjacent the inner surface of the shell, their mutual joints can not be shifted significantly.
2.Axis coincides with the center line of bearing tolerance is 0.5mm.
3.screw machine sections to be safe after all adjustments, then tighten the bolt.
4.The low-speed shaft drive means and screw machine should be in a unified front axle axis.
5.Feed, spout as required site installation, then the whole machine fixed later welding.

The machine can be equipped with a pull screw. In this version, the drive unit is located in the direction of the raw material feeding. Some screw conveyors are equipped with push screws with gear motor installed on the feeding side. The screw conveyor is fitted with an initial or end bearing. Depending on the type of transported raw material, slide or bearing rests are installed. Horizontal screw conveyor has the advantages of sealed operation, simple structure. screw conveyor suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small bulk materials horizontally or aslope, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, food, etc. screw conveyor is an new transportation equipment.
The working principle is that screw conveyor consists of power device, gear box, coupling, screw axis and hanging bearing. The screw axis is made of several sections which connected with spline. Hence, the conveyor hold large load capacity and convenient to dismounting. It is open a besel on the casing to ensure a safe operation. The material moves along the spiral within the tube. The unique action of the flexible spiral conveyor eliminates the risk of the product separation that can take place in conventional pneumatic conveying systems where mixed materials have components of different densities and particle size.
